Scope

General work description: The work includes the design and construction of a Class I trail along the Great Redwood Trail Authority (GRTA) corridor between Commerce Drive and Plant Road with a crossing at Airport Road, Norgard Lane and Plant Road in Ukiah, CA. Where the trail intersects a road crossing, at Airport Road Norgard Lane and Plant Road, there will be intersection improvements that include striping, signage, lighting, crosswalks, and ramps.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/DVBE/SBE/WBE/MBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to landscape, tree services, petroleum oil, lubricants supplier, sand & gravel supplier (bulk item), concrete & cement supplier(bulk item), reinforcing bar section supplier, pipe supplier, fencing supplier, construction staking, construction area signs, roadside sign, fencing, lighting (installation of street lights), trucker, masonry, construction staking (surveying)

 The estimated cost of the project is $2,242,094

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
