Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to Asphalt supplier(bulk item), Concrete & cement supplier(bulk item), Drainage systems supplier, Construction area signs, Traffic control system, Traffic flagger, Plane asphalt concrete, Clearing & grubbing, Imported borrow, Erosion control, Temporary erosion control, Aggregate  base (ab), Seal coat (tack coat), Paving asphalt (asphalt concrete), Place asphalt concrete dike & misc, Minor concrete structure, Roadside sign, Saw cutting, Fencing, Metal beam guard railing, Crash cushion, Thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, Pavement marker, Maintaining existing traffic mgmt system elements during construction, Pavement profiling, Lead compliance, Swppp planning, Water truck, Street sweeping truck, Trucker

The DBE Contract goal is 20 percent. Federal-aid project no.: ACNH-Q101(427)E

Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3^rd DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 20%.

 The estimated cost of the project is $23,200,00.00

Requirements:
Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number on the quote.  No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
