Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Drainage systems supplier, Construction area signs, Traffic control system, Traffic flagger, Plane asphalt concrete, Highway planting, Hydroseeding, Erosion control, Temporary erosion control , Aggregate  base (ab), Asphalt concrete, Paving asphalt (asphalt concrete), Pavement reinforcing fabric, Place asphalt concrete dike & misc, Concrete structure, Roadside sign, Alternative pipe culvert, Reinforced concrete pipe, Corrugated metal pipe (cmp), Rock slope protection (rsp), "misc iron & steel frame, cover & grate",  Fencing, Metal beam guard railing, Metal railing (include handrailing, cable railing, bicycle railing), Thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, Pavement marker, Pavement profiling, Lead compliance, Swppp planning, Super 10 dump truck, Water truck , Trucker, Landscaping contractor

The DBE Contract goal is 20 percent. Federal-aid project no.: ACHSST-S001(667)E

Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3^rd DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 20%.

The estimated cost of the project is $3,180,000.00

Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number on the quote.  No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
