Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to Asphalt supplier(bulk item), Lumber Supplier, Construction area signs, Traffic flagger, Temporary railing (type k), Remove bridge item, Clearing & grubbing, Highway planting, Soil amendments, Hydroseeding, Erosion control, Irrigation system, Temporary erosion control , Landscape care and maintenance services, Concrete pumping, Place asphalt concrete dike & misc, Groove & grind concrete pavement, Cast-in-drilled-hole concrete piling, Joint seal – water stop, Reinforcing steel, Steel structures, Roadside sign, Reinforced concrete pipe, Rock slope protection (rsp), Misc iron & steel frame, cover & grate, , Saw cutting, Fencing, Metal beam guard railing, Metal railing (include handrailing, cable railing, bicycle railing), Concrete barrier (permanent) (all concrete barrier types), Crash cushion, Thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, Remove pavement marking & traffic stripes, Pavement marker, Lead compliance, Swppp planning, Biological resources studies, Crane work, Construction equipment rental, Demolition, Trucker
B130 / The DBE Contract goal is 19 percent. Federal-aid project no.: BRLO-5910(099) Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3rd DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 19%.

No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action
Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%.
