Contract Time: 300 calendar days
Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes on this project from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for any portion of the work,
but specifically the following suggested items:
Lead Compliance Plan; Survey; Video/Photo Survey; Traffic Control; Construction Area Signs; PCMS boards; SWPP Plan; Drain inlet protection; Street Sweeping; Cellular Concrete Backfill; All Landscaping items; Plant Establishment; Slurry Seal; Tack Coat; EPS Geofoam Blocks; CIDH Concrete Piling; Structural Concrete items; Precast Prestressed Wide Flange Girder (furnish & erect); Rebar; Bridge Removal; Misc. Metal; Pipe & Storm drain materials; Storm Drain modifications & removals; ATT Conduit; Minor Concrete items; Minor Concrete removals; Utility Adjustments; Modular Access Ramps; Reset Railing; Reset Mailbox; Fence & Gate removal; Fence & Gate installation/reconstruction; Chain Link Railing; All Striping & Marking items; All Roaside Sign items; Object Marker; All Electrical items; Water Truck; Hauling of construction materials.

Granite Construction will break down items of work to facilitate DBE participation on this project. All non-DBE subcontractors are also encouraged to utilize DBE suppliers for their work, where possible.

Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions.
100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite Construction will assist with bonding costs for subcontractors.
